What is eReview? [ Launch ]
eReview is a software package that will enable its users to conduct meetings through the Internet in real-time with up to 999 attendees in various locations. It can also be used for reviewing works remotely prior to approval or acceptance.

How eReview Works?
eReview delivers collaborative functionally that enables you to meet with geographically dispersed correspondents and share multiple documents in real-time. During these meetings, files in over 160 formats can be viewed, marked-up and downloaded. Users can even share their desktops to other members to use softwares that are not loaded in their computer On-line polling is also a feature that is very useful in collaboration.

1. Meet
The user that initiates the meeting as chairperson has complete control over the management of the session. The chairperson sets a meeting schedule by sending an email that contains the web address of the meeting site. During the meeting, he has the prerogative on what rights he will give to each attendee; these rights can be one or a combination of the following: (C) controller rights, (V) view new mark up rights and (M) add new mark-up rights.
2. Communicate
eReview has four communication features, these are: mark-up, chat (no additional devise needed), voice and video (requires a microphone and speakers/earphone). These features allow meeting attendees to communicate in real time. Voice and video are recommended for users with fast Internet connection such as broadband connections.
3. View
During these meetings, you can load, view and mark-up the image of files.
Viewing of files is possible even if the required application or software is not installed in any of the computers the attendees may be using. Some of the file formats that can be viewed are: MS-Office, scanned images, drawings, PDF and PowerPoint presentations. In the future, more files can be viewed because eReview could also be customized to accommodate any special or proprietary files that need to be viewed.
Desktop-sharing feature is also possible as long as the one sharing his desktop allows the member to use or control it. This feature is beneficial for sharing very expensive softwares.
4. Markup (Analyze)
eReview enables online real time detailed interaction and collaboration between the meeting chairperson and all the meeting attendees. The system allows the users to get a bird's eye view, an enlarged view (zoom), rotate a 3D image or drawing, view two versions of the same document for a careful checking (tiling of images) or use one of several features and tools available to get your point across. Mark-ups and comments or discussion box can be pointed to the particular portion of the document being reviewed in a meeting. The mark-ups of each attendee are easily identifiable and thus serve as a very convenient way of recording the meeting for future reference. A demo CD of these features is available.
5. Implement
